For today’s event, the organizers opted for a Jazz Trio as live entertainment for the homeowners of ENCORP Strand Residences who attended this appreciation lunch event.
They wanted the entertainment to be of quality and non intrusive. Thus no vocalist required but rather an instrumental performance featuring the saxophonist taking most of the melodies with improvisations by the keyboard and double bass player.
The 3 performers are accomplished jazz musicians being able to take any simple melody and effortlessly expand and extemporize.
It is extremely liberating and fulfilling to express oneself with such ease.
This is only possible through diligence and a lifetime commitment in mastering their performing skills of their respective instruments.
This event was held at Tapis Rouge Restaurant, Kota Damansara on the 4th of December 2011.
