Jazz Band Entertainment @ IGEM Soft Launch

The video below features Jason Geh Jazz Band as entertainment during the buffet dinner at IGEM’s soft launch. The band consists of three performers (a singer and two musicians) in total:-

• Female singer
• Saxophonist
• Keyboardist

 

Their main performance set was right after the soft launch starting with a few instrumental tunes by the saxophonist followed by songs by the female singer. They performed quality light dinner music from jazz standards, evergreens, swing to bossa, latin, ballades and even chinese and malay repertoire. 

There was a short solo electric violin performance before the Jazz band resumes, rendering a few more songs before the event concluded.

 

The event was held in KL Convention Centre (KLCC) on the 21st of December 2010 as a soft launch to next year’s International Greentech and Eco Product Exhibition and Conference Malaysia (IGEM) from the 7th till 10th September 2011.
